Spacious and modern rooms with AC, set in a quiet area 😌. Conveniently located near stores, gas stations, and plenty of restaurants. Plus, it's close to Chiang Mai; there are shops and eateries around for everything you might need.

The hotel with spotlessly clean and huge rooms, in a great area, in the city centre. Lots of food at breakfast, such as coffee, tea, and cookies.

we greatly enjoyed that they offered breads and jam, but we didn't have time and didn't try all of it. the room was a nice size and modern with aircon and the staff affable. location: the hotel was just next door to shops and restaurants.

the rooms were unbelievably spacious and comfortable, providing all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. the air conditioning was both cold and quiet, ensuring a peaceful and cool night's sleep. I was pleasantly surprised to find a fridge, kettle, coffee, and even cake in the room. the hotel provided two 600ml water bottles, which was a nice touch. It was also convenient to have two toilets in the room. the family who runs the hotel was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. the location was perfect, with an easy walk to the town and plenty of parking available. I would highly recommend Muangchaem House for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.
Almost perfect 😉

The rooms at Muangchaem House are cozy and comfortable, with a private bathroom and free toiletries. I loved the flat-screen TV and the refreshing air conditioning. The tile/marble floors in the double room added a touch of elegance, and the private entrance in the twin room made it feel like my own little hideaway. The balcony in the double room was perfect for enjoying the view, and having an electric kettle in the twin room was so convenient. The free in-room WiFi made it easy for me to stay connected during my stay.
Personally, I found the feature of free in-room WiFi to be a bit slow. However, I understand that others may still find enjoyment in it.

The rooms at the inn are fitted with a flat-screen TV. I must say, watching my favorite shows on that TV felt like I was sitting in a private mini theater. It was pure luxury in the comfort of my own room!
Limited tourist activities nearby.

Wow, the rooms at this place are massive! I couldn't believe how much space there was. the air conditioning worked like a charm, keeping the room cool and quiet. And I was pleasantly surprised to find a fridge, kettle, and even coffee and cake provided. Plus, they gave me two 600ml water bottles, which was a nice touch. the location was great too, with easy access to Thailand's highest peak and plenty of parking available.
I did encounter a few bugs in the room, but luckily I had fly spray and an electric bug zapper to keep them at bay. It would have been nice to have a sofa or a table and chairs in the room, considering its immense size.

Our stay at Muangchaem House was pleasant and comfortable. The room was clean and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The central location was convenient for exploring Mae Chaem town, and there were plenty of food options nearby. The pricing of the food was very reasonable, making it a great value for money. Despite not being a touristy town, we enjoyed the local, basic restaurant in the area. Additionally, the owner of the hotel was honest and helpful, offering us a different room when the AC didn't work in our original one. Although basic, the alternative room was nicer and had a functioning AC. We appreciated the provision of bread, jam, and coffee sachets for a light breakfast. I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, central location, and helpful owner.
